The Status Bar is a fixed part of the HP Virtual Rooms window. You cannot dock it or undock it.

 This message displays for all people in this room. To modiify it, either click in the message area and type, or use the Edit menu

Upload Indicator |
This animated indicator only appears when a file transfer is in progress. If you click on the selector--while it's active--it shows you details of the transfer. |

Content Storage |
An indicator of the level of usage of the content-storage space allocated to you in this room:  = good;  = warning;  = full.  To see you current level of usage and the specific settings for this room, click on the icon in the room. |

Connection Status |
Your connection status, based on the ping time to/ from the server:  = less than 1 second;  = 1 to 3 seconds;  = more than 3 seconds. Hold your mouse pointer over the icon to see the current ping time. |

Image Size Option |
The option to choose the way you view the image in the whiteboard. You can see it's actual size (no distortion) or in a size that is dynamic. |

Whiteboard Size Option |
The option maximize the space allocated to the whiteboard.

Encryption Indicator |
An indication that this is a secure room. Mouse over the icon in the room to see encryption information.
