Annotation Selector |
Click on an annotation (a text or graphic addition to the Whiteboard or slide) to select it for some action (e.g. change color). draw a box around a group of annotations to select them all. Click and drag an annotation or group of annotations to move it or them. |

Laser Pointer |
Click aywhere on the Whiteboard or slide to superimpose a red dot there. When you click in a subsequent area the red dot moves to that area. Click on the icon again to delete the red dot from the Whiteboard. |

Eraser |
Clock on this icon to erase all annotations on the current slide. Annotatina will not be deleted until you confirm the deletion. To delete individual annotations, select them and use the keyboard Delete key. |

Text Creator |
Click anywhere on the to set a starting point for text and type the text into a text box. Whiteboard and type text. When you've finished typing, you can delete the text box or click another part of the whiteboard. To change text, click on it with the Text Creator tool or double click on it with the Selector tool. |

Highlighter |
Click and drag on the Whiteboard to create a thicksemi-transparent line. |

Pencil |
Click and drag on the Whiteboard to create an opaque mark. |

Customize |
Click on this icon to see all drawing tools and customize the Drawing Toolbar. |
