Open your "Manage Rooms" page on the HP Virtual Rooms website |
Open Backpack |
If you have created a personal "Backpack," this will open it. |
Request Key |
After you select a room this will issue a "Quick Key," which you can give to others for entry into the room. However, this is a temporary key that is only valid for entry up to five minutes from when the key is issued. |
Sign Out |
Keep Vroom running, but remove yourself as an active user. You might use this before signing in as a different user. |
Close Window |
Close the Vroom Tray window, but continue to run Vroom and conttinue to show the Vroom icon in the System Tray |
Exit |
Exit from the Vroom Tray and delete the Vroom icon from the System Tray |
